On Saturday, March 10 at 10:30 AM, our Science and Brunch Book Club will be reading the Pulitzer Prize winning book, The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck. We will have a discussion about the things we leave behind for future generations. From restoring and preserving the land to creating heirlooms meant to be handed down and cherished from generation to generation, we each seek out ways to push the limits of our heritage.
We have several copies of the book that you can check out at the library. Or you can borrow the ebook or audiobook with your Coalfield Public Library card (see the READS code on the back) at https://reads.overdrive.com/search?query=Pearl+S.+Buck+the+good+earth.
Brunch will be served!
